In 2002, after many years in corporate L and D, we decided to do what we love best – designing and developing innovative and engaging learning that really makes a difference.
We combined years of practical experience supporting businesses with our love for learning about learning and developed our own unique approach to building brains at work.
Cathy has combined her love of learning with leadership in the L and D space, managing projects one moment and getting down and dirty into training design and facilitation the next.
She loves to weave many layers into learning, and believes that while learning objectives are always paramount, let’s also use learning moments to support the values we aspire to, enhance our life skills and build each person’s ability to learn effectively”.
Sally brings creativity, authenticity, passion, energy and an eye for detail into the projects she leads and the training she designs and facilitates.
